Additional Context: At this time, the Haitian National HIV program estimated a monthly rise of 30 to 50% in new HIV infections due to the absence of communication and prevention activities.

Devex Researcher Note: National HIV response in Haiti was “almost entirely reliant on PEPFAR”, which provided about 90% of HIV funding and covered 80% of PrEP plans nationwide.
