Additional Context: The ABA provided legal and psychological support services as part of the Human Rights for All project since early 2024. The project aimed to strengthen the human rights system in the country through outreach, education, litigation, and victim support. As part of this effort, the ABA provided psychological support services in the Maya Achí indigenous community in Chichupac where a state-led massacre took place between 1981 and 1983. The attorney and psychologist involved in the program continued providing some pro bono support in their individual capacities.
